Excellent for small spinnerbaits that are too light for a baitcasting outfit. This rod was designed specifically to fish light jigs, grubs and minnow-type hard baits. It is perfectly balanced for eight-pound line and -ounce lures, but is versatile enough to go up or down a line-size and still perform exceptionally well.
